Synopsis:

Requiring boxers and kick boxers to submit certain evidence of certain results of blood tests for human immunodeficiency virus and Hepatitis B at certain times; providing that a boxer or kick boxer may enter the ring only under certain circumstances; requiring the Commission to keep certain information confidential; establishing certain criminal penalties for certain violations; etc.
