Alcoholic Beverages - Micro-Brewery License

Synopsis:

Increasing from 10,000 to 50,000 the number of barrels of brewed alcoholic beverages a Class 7 micro-brewery licensee may brew; restricting the amount that such a licensee may sell on the licensed premises to 4,000 barrels; making a statement of intent that if licensees wish to produce more than that they must give up their Class B license; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages brewery licenses.
