Requiring an intake officer to make an initial inquiry and a recommendation within 10 days of receiving a complaint against a juvenile; requiring a State's Attorney to consider the need for restitution in determining whether judicial action is in the best interest of the public; and requiring a court to take specified action when making a disposition concerning a juvenile.
