Synopsis:

Specifying the circumstances under which punitive damages may be awarded in certain products liability actions; specifying the circumstances under which a principal, employer, or master may be held liable for punitive damages based on the acts or omissions of an agent, employee, or servant; providing for the allocation of punitive damages awarded to a party; and limiting attorneys' fees in an action in which punitive damages are awarded.
