Osteoporosis Prevention and Education Program

Synopsis:

Requesting the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish a task force of local medical experts to study and develop ideas and strategies to reduce the incidence of osteoporosis among Maryland citizens, including initiating a specified osteoporosis prevention and education program; requiring the task force to submit a report on or before December 31, 1996; etc.
