Port of Baltimore and Related Waterways - Dredging Maintenance and Improvement

Synopsis:

Recognizing the importance of shipping to the State and its economy, and the need for maintenance and improvement of specified waterways; and urging federal, State, and local agencies to study, develop, and implement a long-term strategy for maintenance and improvement of those waterways, including beneficial use projects in specified areas.
