Pro Se Litigation - Allowable Assistance

Synopsis:

Allowing individuals who do not meet the requirements to practice law in the State to assist pro se litigants in specified legal matters under specified circumstances; and requiring the Court of Appeals to adopt rules that govern training requirements for individuals who assist pro se litigants and that establish pleading forms for specified actions.
