Driver's Education - Laboratory and Classroom Instruction - Required Hours

Synopsis:

Increasing from 6 to 10 the number of hours of laboratory instruction in a driver's education course that an individual who is under 18 years of age must complete before the individual qualifies for a driver's license, subject to specified exemptions; and reducing from 30 to 20 the number of hours of classroom instruction required to be offered by drivers' education programs.
