Criminal Records - Expungement - Criminal and Traffic Offenses

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a violation of the Maryland Vehicle Law or any other traffic law from being considered as part of a certain unit for purposes of expungement of criminal records; precluding such violations from preventing expungement of any criminal charge that arises from the same incident, transaction, or set of facts as the violation under specified circumstances; etc.
