Firearms - Unlawful Possession or Use - Forfeiture of Vehicle

Synopsis:

Expanding the provisions of law that allow for the seizure and forfeiture of vehicles for controlled dangerous substances offenses by making these provisions applicable to the seizure and forfeiture of motor vehicles that are used or intended for use in connection with a person unlawfully wearing, carrying, transporting, possessing, or using a firearm.
