False Age Identification Cards - Possession - Prohibited

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an individual under the age of 21 years from possessing a card or document that falsely identifies the age of the individual under certain circumstances; providing for the issuance of civil citations by specified police officers, forest and park wardens, and in Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Prince George's Counties, alcoholic beverages inspectors; etc.
