Business License Information - "One-Stop" System

Synopsis:

Requiring the Office of Regulatory and Environmental Assistance (the Office) in the Department of Business and Economic Development to be a clearinghouse for State business license information; requiring the Office to assist a person in the license application process; requiring the Office to implement and administer an automated master application system; providing that the appropriate agency shall combine to determine whether a requested license shall be issued and issue the license; etc.
