Requiring specified employers, within a specified period of time, to submit specified information concerning specified employees to the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; specifying penalties for violations; directing the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to work with the Department of Human Resources for certain purposes; etc.
