Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $945,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital for the planning, development, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, a center for pediatric respiratory medicine, which will provide ambulatory care services, diagnostics, education and training, and a communication system for children throughout the State who have serious chronic pulmonary disorders; etc.
