Creating a State Debt not to exceed $155,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of Rockville for the repair, renovation, and capital equipping of the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre and Social Hall, including expansion of the lobby area, upgrading of the sound and lighting equipment and of the heating and air conditioning system, and improvements to the kitchen and storage areas.
