Payroll Deductions - Mass Transit

Synopsis:

Allowing employees to request and cancel payroll deductions for purchasing mass transit vouchers; requiring the Central Payroll Bureau to make deductions and pay over the necessary amount to the mass transit provider; authorizing political subdivisions to make payroll deductions for mass transit; requiring mass transit to accept this method of payment and deliver vouchers; allowing for a mass transit employee benefit if funds are appropriated; requiring the Comptroller to adopt regulations; etc.
