State Employees - Pharmaceutical Benefits Through Mail

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Secretary of Budget and Fiscal Planning from arranging for inclusion in the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program the provision of pharmaceutical benefits through the mail unless each provider of such pharmaceutical benefits agrees in its contract with the State that an enrollee will receive a covered product sent by mail within a specified time period; and providing that existing obligations or contract rights may not be impaired by the Act.
