Education - Student and Teacher Safety Act

Synopsis:

Requiring each county board of education and the Board of School Commissioners of Baltimore City to establish comprehensive programs for disruptive students; adding certain crimes to the list of reportable offenses; requiring a principal to notify certain persons when a student has committed a certain offense; requiring a county superintendent to suspend a student under certain circumstances and place the student in a certain program.
