Lawyers - Clients' Security Trust Fund - Reimbursement of Fund

Synopsis:

Requiring a person responsible for an act or omission that gave rise to a claim against the Clients' Security Trust Fund of the Bar of Maryland to reimburse the Fund for the amount of the claim paid by the Fund plus interest; authorizing the trustees of the Fund to bring an action themselves or by an agent or assignee against the responsible person for the amount that has not been reimbursed; providing that the trustees are entitled to a judgment under specified circumstances; etc.
