Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages (Possession or Drinking in Public)

Synopsis:

Altering the penalty for drinking alcoholic beverages in specified public places; prohibiting a person from possessing alcoholic beverages in open containers in specified public places; and providing that a person who possesses alcoholic beverages in open containers is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100 or a term of imprisonment not exceeding 3 days or both.
