Vehicle Laws - Driver's License - Suspension for Unexcused Absence from School

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend for a specified period of time the license to drive of minors who have been reported absent from school or irregular in attendance, without lawful excuse for a specified period of time; requiring the county superintendent of schools to notify the Administration of minors who have been reported absent or irregular in attendance, without lawful excuse; and requiring the Administration to maintain records on minor licensees who have been reported absent or irregular in attendance.
