Synopsis:

Authorizing a county, Baltimore City, or a municipal corporation to regulate, by ordinance, the sale or distribution of tobacco products, including over-the-counter sales and sales through vending machines; authorizing a county, Baltimore City, or a municipal corporation to require licenses for the purpose of regulating sales or distribution notwithstanding the possession of a license required under the Business Regulation Article; etc.
