Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance - Rating Principles - Senior Citizens

Synopsis:

Altering the principles by which motor vehicle liability insurers make rates so as to require an insurer to provide a reduction in rates for individuals who are at least 55 years of age and successfully complete a course in accident prevention that is approved by the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA), includes classroom instruction or practice driving of the number of hours that the MVA requires, and for which the insured has received a certificate for completion of the course.
