Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Appellate Counsel to the Board of License Commissioners

Synopsis:

Requiring the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore City to employ a qualified attorney to serve as appellate counsel for the Board in actions of appeal; and requiring the Board to set for appellate counsel the same compensation and benefits as are set for full-time inspectors.
