Synopsis:

Requiring certain travel agencies to register and pay a registration fee to the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; requiring the Department to maintain certain records, develop certain forms, and establish a consumer hot line; providing for a consumer information pamphlet; requiring travel agents to purchase surety bonds for certain liabilities created; and providing a penalty for noncompliance.
