Vehicle Laws - Traffic Control Signal Monitoring System - Owner Liability

Synopsis:

Authorizing a political subdivision or State agency to mail a citation to the owner of a motor vehicle recorded by a traffic control signal monitoring system as running a traffic light; authorizing the political subdivision or State agency to fine the owner of the motor vehicle a certain amount; making the owner of the vehicle responsible for paying the fine without regard to the identity of the individual driving the motor vehicle at the time of the violation; authorizing the owner to request a hearing; etc.
