Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of Rockville for the repair and renovation of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, the Glenview Mansion in Rockville, including the installation of an elevator and the renovation of rest rooms and a fire exit, as well as plaster and wood replacement; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
