Extending the termination date for the provisions of law relating to barbers and the State Board of Barbers to July 1, 2001; providing that the Department of Fiscal Services shall complete an evaluation of the State Board of Barbers and the regulations that relate to the State Board of Barbers by July 1, 2000.
