Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Pharmacy (Board) to waive specified qualifications for a license to practice pharmacy under specified circumstances; requiring applicants for a license to practice pharmacy to demonstrate oral competency in the English language; requiring the Board to adopt regulations; requiring specified licensees to pass a specified test; and making an exception.
