Baltimore City - Residential Leases - Tenant Liability

Synopsis:

Altering a provision governing certain tenant liability arising out of residential leases in Baltimore City to tenants who receive Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) or assistance under the State Public Assistance Programs Act; and increasing to 6 months the maximum number of months of rent for which specified tenants can be held liable to a landlord for the landlord's loss of rent.
