Cellular Telephone and Personal Communications Companies - 911 System Liability

Synopsis:

Providing that cellular telephone companies and personal communication companies that pay or collect 911 fees shall have the same immunity from liability for transmission failures as that approved by the Public Service Commission for local exchange telephone companies.
