Public Senior Higher Education Institutions - Resident Students - Criminal Background Investigations

Synopsis:

Requiring students who intend to reside in student housing at a public senior higher education institution to complete an application; providing that the application shall contain a question regarding criminal convictions; requiring criminal background investigations for resident students who have been convicted of a crime; and requiring disclosure of certain criminal convictions or pending criminal charges by certain resident students.
