Establishing an Administrative Procedures for Child Support Enforcement Pilot Program in the Department of Human Resources; requiring the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland to designate a county in the State to participate in the Program; specifying the purpose of the Program; specifying the authority of a local agency responsible for support enforcement and the Office of Administrative Hearings to issue administrative orders that establish paternity or establish or modify child support orders; etc.
