Court Ordered Alcohol Restriction - Penalties

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an individual from driving or attempting to drive a motor vehicle with alcohol in the individual's blood in violation of a restriction ordered by a court; and providing that a violation of the Act is punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 2 months or both.
