Creation of a State Debt - Benedictine School for Exceptional Children

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, for use as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Benedictine School for Exceptional Children, Inc., with a matching fund requirement, for the repair and renovation of the Benedictine School for Exceptional Children; and prohibiting the use of the proceeds of the loan or any of the matching fund for religious purposes.
