Synopsis:

Granting the District Court jurisdiction in a criminal case in which a person or corporation is charged with unlawful possession of a credit card number under the Commercial Law Article; and providing that the District Court has concurrent jurisdiction with the circuit court in a criminal case in which a person or corporation is charged with unlawful possession of a credit card number under the Commercial Law Article.
