Prohibiting the use of lever voting machines after January 1, 1998; repealing provisions relating to the use of lever voting machines; prohibiting the State Administrative Board of Election Laws from certifying a lever voting system after January 1, 1998; and generally relating to voting systems authorized under the Election Law.
