Synopsis:

Requiring a county that imposes a specified charge for deposit to a specified 911 Trust Fund account to certify the amount of the additional charge to the Emergency Number Systems Board; requiring the Board to make a specified direction to specified carriers; altering the time period within which specified carriers are required to add a specified amount to specified bills; etc.
