Prince George's County - Abandoned Vehicles - Notice to Secured Parties

Synopsis:

Altering notification procedures to require a police department in Prince George's County, after taking an abandoned vehicle into custody, to send a specified notice to each party with a security interest in the vehicle, as shown on the records of the Motor Vehicle Administration, only if the abandoned vehicle is less than 10 years old.
