State Prosecutor - Witness Immunity - Compulsory Testimony

Synopsis:

Altering a definition to include the State Prosecutor for purposes of allowing the State Prosecutor to move to compel a witness who refuses to testify on the grounds of self-incrimination to testify provided that the testimony and information obtained from the testimony may not be used against the witness; and generally relating to witness immunity and compelled testimony.
