Abandoned Property - Gift Certificates

Synopsis:

Exempting gift certificates from the Maryland Uniform Disposition of Abandoned Property Act; and requiring the Comptroller of the Treasury to return to a person, any money collected on or after November 15, 1995 for gift certificates that were determined to be abandoned property under the Maryland Uniform Disposition of Abandoned Property Act.
