Synopsis:

Establishing the date on which the registration of a nursing staff agency expires unless renewed for an additional term; requiring the State Board of Nursing to renew nursing staff agency registrations under specified circumstances; establishing that certain proceedings, records, and files of the Board are not discoverable and are not admissible in evidence; making an exception; authorizing the Board to disclose certain information under specified circumstances; and authorizing the Board to impose specified fines.
