Life Safety Protection Act

Synopsis:

Requiring a person to have a license in order to provide services as a fire sprinkler contractor; providing certain exceptions; specifying certain requirements and qualifications for licensees; authorizing the State Fire Prevention Commission to adopt certain regulations; authorizing the Commission to take certain disciplinary actions; establishing certain insurance requirements; providing for the termination of the Act under the Program Evaluation Act; and providing for an evaluation by a certain date.
