Synopsis:

Requiring the State Administrative Board of Election Laws to request that an applicant for an absentee ballot indicate whether the applicant consents to having information concerning the application available for examination by any registered voter; and prohibiting the boards of supervisors of elections from making information concerning the application available to any registered voter without the applicant's consent.
