Drunk and Drugged Driving Offenses - Fines - Baltimore County Treatment Access Program Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing the Baltimore County Treatment Access Program Fund; providing that the Fund shall be administered by the Baltimore County Office of Finance; specifying that the Fund shall be used for the Baltimore County Treatment Access Program; requiring a court in Baltimore County to fine a defendant who is found to have violated a drunk or drugged driving offense $50; authorizing the court to waive the fine under certain circumstances; providing for the disposition of the fines; etc.
