Establishing specified minimum educational and experience requirements for individuals who engage in the practice of providing vocational rehabilitation services under specified circumstances; establishing a specified registration system for specified individuals engaging in the practice of providing vocational rehabilitation services; authorizing the Workers' Compensation Commission to waive requirements for registration under specified circumstances; etc.
