Entitled:
County Detention Centers - Prisoners - Costs of Confinement

Synopsis:

Authorizing a sheriff to seek reimbursement for certain expenses incurred by the county in confining a prisoner in a county detention center; and providing that the amount paid by the prisoner shall be determined by the sheriff based on the actual per diem cost of maintaining the prisoner for the time the prisoner was confined in the county correctional facility and financial information that the prisoner submits.
