Synopsis:

Prohibiting the disclosure of Motor Vehicle Administration records containing personal information in certain circumstances; requiring the disclosure of certain information in certain circumstances; limiting the redisclosure of information disclosed; requiring the Administration to provide notice about disclosures and creating a mechanism for individuals to prohibit certain disclosures; requiring the Administration to keep a record of persons requesting disclosures; etc.
