Landlord and Tenant - Extension of Time for Surrender of the Premises

Synopsis:

Providing that the time for the surrender of a premises for the failure to pay rent may be extended by the court for good cause and as justice requires, including the presentation of a certificate signed by a physician stating that the surrender of the premises would endanger the health or life of the tenant or other occupant of the premises.
