Carroll County - Alcoholic Beverages (Fingerprinting of License Applicants)

Synopsis:

Requiring the Board of License Commissioners of Carroll County to obtain criminal records information relating to applicants for alcoholic beverages licenses in Carroll County; requiring the fingerprinting of those applicants; and requiring the Board to forward the fingerprints through the Criminal Justice Information System of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services for transmittal to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a national criminal history records check.
